Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and patient injections
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Handle patient scheduling and front-desk operations
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and supplies
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or Athena preferred)
