Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues with 24-hour SLA
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS systems across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VPN and MFA
- Document technical processes in ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
- Train staff on new technology adoption initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps on system integration projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Expertise in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- CCNA or relevant networking certification preferred
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
