Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets via ServiceNow with 95% SLA compliance
- Deploy and configure endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, Sentinel)
- Document SOPs in Confluence for knowledge base expansion
- Collaborate with network team on VLAN troubleshooting
- Onboard new employees with device provisioning and account setup
- Execute quarterly security patch cycles across 150+ endpoints
Qualifications
- 2+ years desktop support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (required)
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network connectivity issues
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware deployments
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
