Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues with minimal supervision
- Deploy and configure new workstations and mobile devices

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
