Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and cloud infrastructure
- Document all support tickets in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system outages and escalations
- Onboard new clients and configure workstations according to security protocols
- Conduct quarterly system audits and implement preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends for on-call rotation
