Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-8 sales representatives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key B2B clients across North Texas
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for the New York expansion
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to executive leadership
- Implement CRM best practices to optimize sales workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annual revenue)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience scaling sales teams during market expansion phases
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time (including New York market visits)
