- Manage helpdesk tickets and user inquiries within SLA
- Deploy and configure workstations/network equipment
- Document IT processes and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Conduct security audits and compliance checks
- Train end-users on new technologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
