Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, wear proper PPE, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to work scheduled shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and managing inventory.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
