Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track inventory using handheld scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License (Class B or C preferred, but not always required depending on role).
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
