- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer needs
- Document all interactions in compliance with company policies
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating through quality service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and resolve 20+ tickets daily
- Available for immediate start and flexible scheduling
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a major plus
