Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
