Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily distribution targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inventory checks and document stock levels accurately using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to optimize shipping schedules and resolve logistical issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
