Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and scanning inventory accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met and exceeded.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
