Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support in clinical and administrative settings
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist with patient intake and discharge processes

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field
- 1+ years of clinical or administrative healthcare experience
- CPR certification required (BLS preferred)

- Valid Minnesota healthcare worker certification
