Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and Roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact projects.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, specifically within the 2026 timeframe (AI, IoT, Cloud).
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and complex project lifecycles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment or a large-scale enterprise setting.
