Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business objectives for the year 2026 and subsequent years.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the engineering and technology departments, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the transition to next-generation cloud architectures and ensure system scalability and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure technology solutions drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class technical team, establishing mentorship programs and career progression pathways.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or C-suite role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical strategies and actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycle, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data architecture.
- Visionary Skills: Strong track record of driving digital transformation and adopting emerging technologies to gain competitive advantages.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
