Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architect scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative agents.
- Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and data scientists.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into core product features.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Apex Horizon remains ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
