Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and strategic roadmap for Nexus Future Systems, specifically focusing on the 2026 deployment of autonomous agents and generative ecosystems.
- Lead and mentor a world-class R&D team of data scientists, AI engineers, and futurists to bridge the gap between theoretical research and market-ready products.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical strategy with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and ethical AI systems that handle high-volume data processing.
- Drive innovation initiatives that transform customer experiences through hyper-personalization and predictive intelligence.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech Strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong understanding of the technical requirements for 2026 infrastructure, including edge computing and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate in ambiguous environments and navigate rapid technological shifts.
