- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Biotech) to forecast their impact on our industry by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal innovation incubator, piloting high-risk, high-reward projects that align with our 2026 goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with clarity and persuasion.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with futurists, academic institutions, and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Foresight is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership within a major corporation.
- Strategic Foresight: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on future market trends and disruptions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Machine Learning, IoT) and their potential trajectories.
