Responsibilities
- Model Development: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models tailored for future-proof applications.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve existing algorithms and explore new methodologies in AI, specifically focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Data Engineering: Preprocess, clean, and analyze massive datasets to ensure high-quality input for our neural networks and deep learning frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code, optimizing model performance and reducing latency in real-time inference systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- Mentorship: Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to help grow the engineering team's technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, expected to graduate in 2026 (or recently graduated).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Programming: Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
