- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with UN agencies on climate-tech initiatives targeting net-zero emissions
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon programs
- Present at Davos, CES, and other global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in government innovation funding
- Expertise in emerging tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Board-level experience with at least one unicorn startup
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Clearance for top-secret government R&D projects
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting 1M+ users
