Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and spatial computing domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops to communicate future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish metrics to track technology adoption maturity and ROI
- Author thought leadership content positioning Innovate 2026 as an industry futurist
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, venture capital, and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience translating complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model future scenarios and risk assessments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives

- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
