Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Author thought leadership pieces on tech disruption and ethical AI governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
