Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends (2024-2026)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging technology research initiatives
- Drive sustainability integration in all technology development cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record delivering AI/quantum roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in Web3, metaverse architecture, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Foresight
