Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology paradigms (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-ready capabilities across R&D, product development, and operational frameworks
- Establish innovation incubators for emerging tech solutions with 18-36 month commercialization horizons
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Anticipate ethical, regulatory, and societal implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex tech concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends in reputable journals
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building and leading cross-continental innovation teams
