Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and disruptive threats
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integrations
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 10-year tech forecasting projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, and climate tech
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
