Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) for strategic implementation
- Develop cross-industry innovation frameworks aligning with ESG and regulatory landscapes
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies' societal and economic impacts
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and venture partners
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Published author or thought leader in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred for global partnerships
