Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and biocomputing
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing commercializable AI/quantum solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
