- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends (e.g., metaverse, bio-integration, decentralized systems)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech innovation environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
