Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, AI) and assess market impact
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs for rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee technology ethics frameworks for responsible innovation
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism/innovation roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, metaverse
- Strong background in technology ethics and sustainable tech practices
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
