Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Produce quarterly trend reports on nanotechnology, biotech, and space commercialization impacts
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Strong network connections with innovation ecosystems worldwide
