Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology forecasts and strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to model future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into development roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and white papers on technological megatrends and their business implications
- Establish cross-industry partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and futurist thought leadership programs
- Advose on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
