Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into production systems
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling technical proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers in cutting-edge computational methods
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years in futuristic technology development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum computing
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or quantum cryptography
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
