Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify future business models
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Oversee competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
