Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year strategic foresight roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and innovation labs
- Present future vision frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive analytics and trend impact modeling
- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for emerging tech ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching exponential growth initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- PhD or Master's in Technology Strategy, Business, or related field
