Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using AI-driven predictive analytics
- Produce quarterly trend reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state scenarios
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging markets (quantum computing, biotech, space economy)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for horizon scanning
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with quantified impact projections
- Mentor junior futurists on scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, articles, keynotes)
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, GPT-4 powered analytics)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
