Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic vision incorporating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives and future-readiness
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3) and societal impact assessment
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio showcasing published futurist research or strategic frameworks
