Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (quantum applications, AI governance frameworks, biotech integrations)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries to identify convergence points
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs to pilot emerging technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/autonomous systems deployment
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech/futurism (Forbes, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused solutions
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
