Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight reports analyzing tech, economic, and cultural trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Establish a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board with compelling data narratives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready product/service concepts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or foresight frameworks
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Experience with corporate innovation labs or venture capital foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
