Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to inform long-term roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for disruptive industry shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor innovation teams on foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future visions to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience in tech, finance, or healthcare sectors highly valued
