- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market shifts
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D planning
- Published work on emerging technology trends or future scenarios
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling skills
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
