- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing product portfolios and service offerings
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on vision execution
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments

- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and megatrend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
