Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Produce monthly trend briefings and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech companies
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
