Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with company objectives and long-term growth targets
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future-proofing business models and operational resilience
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate breakthrough technologies
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development priorities and investment opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, Web3, advanced robotics)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology strategy
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched from foresight insights
