Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech opportunities and risks
- Produce strategic whitepapers and roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Establish KPIs to measure adoption of future-focused initiatives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Present future outlooks at executive summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year future scenarios
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
