Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon Scan Reports
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, biotech evolution, and decentralized economies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal readiness for quantum-AI convergence and neurotech integration
- Author thought leadership content for Fortune 500 boards and global policy forums
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups in synthetic biology and space tech
- Oversee implementation of Future-Proofing Audits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI governance, and climate tech trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated executive-level presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation models
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., GPT-4 foresight plugins, Trendalyzer)
