- Produce annual Horizon Report forecasting market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and user experiences
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Future Journal, WIRED)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Kumu, Trendalyzer)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders
