Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2036
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives and publish trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with global teams
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on industry evolution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Experience publishing white papers on long-term technological disruption
