Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational transformation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and innovation leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or future studies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published future-oriented work
