Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their organizations
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major media
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
